Savory Spinach Feta Quinoa Bowls are a nutritious and easy meal prep option, packed with flavor and perfect for busy lifestyles.


Ingredients

1 cup quinoa

2 cups vegetable broth

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions
