A quick and customizable Taco Bowl in a Mug that’s ready in just 2 minutes. Perfect for busy mornings, late nights, or whenever you need a satisfying meal without the fuss.
Ingredients
1/4 cup cooked rice or quinoa
1/4 cup ground beef, cooked and seasoned
2 tablespoons black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons shredded cheese
1 tablespoon diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon shredded lettuce
1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning
Optional: diced avocado, salsa, cilantro
Instructions
1. Add taco seasoning to the bottom of a large microwave-safe mug
2. Layer rice or quinoa as your base
3. Add cooked ground beef on top of rice
4. Sprinkle black beans and cheese over the beef
5. Cover with microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap
6. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts
7. Carefully remove from microwave and top with tomatoes, sour cream, and lettuce
8. Add optional toppings like avocado or salsa and enjoy
Notes
Use a mug that’s at least 12 ounces to prevent overflow
