Ingredients
1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced avocado
2 small tortillas
Instructions
1. In a mug, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the cooked shrimp and toss to coat.
3. Microwave for 1 minute until heated through.
4. Layer the shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and avocado on top of the shrimp.
5. Wrap the mixture in tortillas.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra heat, add sliced jalapeños.
