Ingredients
2 cups water
1 tablespoon dried chamomile
1 tablespoon dried lavender
1 tablespoon dried peppermint
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
1. Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
2. Add dried chamomile, lavender, and peppermint to the boiling water.
3. Reduce heat and let the mixture steep for 10 minutes.
4. Strain the herbs using a fine mesh sieve into a teapot or cup.
5. Add honey to taste, if desired.
6. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
Notes
For a stronger flavor, steep the herbs for an additional 5 minutes.
