A quick and cozy snickerdoodle mug cake bursting with cinnamon-sugar flavor. Perfect for busy nights, sweet cravings, or 5-minute desserts.
Ingredients
4 tbsp all-purpose flour (or almond/coconut for low carb)
2 tbsp granulated sugar or low-carb sweetener
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tbsp melted butter or oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon sugar for topping
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
2. Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top if desired.
4. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds until the top is just set.
5. Let cool for 1–2 minutes. Serve warm straight from the mug.
Notes
Don’t overcook—start with 60 seconds and add in 10s bursts.
For keto: use almond or coconut flour and a sugar-free sweetener.
For vegan: sub dairy-free milk and coconut oil.
