Notes

Cooking time may vary based on microwave wattage – start with 60 seconds and add time as needed.

For vegan version, use flax egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water) and plant-based milk.

For gluten-free, substitute with gluten-free flour blend in 1:1 ratio.

Room temperature ingredients blend more easily for smoother batter.

Use a 12-16 ounce mug to prevent overflow during cooking.
