Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb smoked bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, blue cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix until well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
5. Bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
