Description

A delicious meatloaf stuffed with creamy smoked bacon mac and cheese, perfect for a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup cooked macaroni

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Spread half of the meat mixture in a loaf pan.

4. In another bowl, combine macaroni, cheddar cheese, bacon, and milk.

5. Spoon the mac and cheese mixture over the meat layer.

6. Top with the remaining meat mixture and shape into a loaf.

7. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.


Notes

Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
