Ingredients

3 tablespoons milk

1/2 vanilla bean pod (seeds scraped)
1 small egg
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
2. Split vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape seeds into milk. Let infuse for 1 minute
3. Add vanilla-infused milk, oil, and egg to dry ingredients. Stir until just combined
4. Microwave on 70% power for 60-90 seconds, checking every 30 seconds
5. Let rest for 1 minute before serving. Top as desired
