Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries)
1/4 cup granola
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Add half of the Greek yogurt to a microwave-safe mug
2. Layer with half of the berries and granola
3. Add remaining yogurt on top
4. Top with remaining berries, granola, and chopped almonds
5. Drizzle with honey and add chia seeds if using
6. Microwave for 30 seconds to slightly warm (optional)
7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately

Store leftover ingredients separately in the refrigerator
