Ingredients

8 oz warm filtered water

1/16 tsp Himalayan pink salt (or small pinch)

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp honey (optional for sweetness)


Instructions

1. Heat 8 ounces of filtered water until warm (not hot)

2. Stir in 1/16 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt until completely dissolved

3. Add 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice and stir gently

4. Stir in honey if desired for natural sweetness

5. Sip slowly 15-30 minutes before bedtime for best results


Notes
