Description

These Pickle Ranch Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Onion Bombs are the ultimate comfort food, combining the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with the fun of stuffed onions. Perfect for dinner or a hearty snack!


Ingredients

4 large onions

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped

1/4 cup ranch dressing

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup flour

2 eggs, beaten


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut the tops off the onions and carefully scoop out the insides.

3. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, bacon, pickles, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
