Instructions
1. Crack eggs into a microwave-safe mug.
2. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Beat with a fork until fully mixed.
3. Stir in shredded cheese.
4. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
5. Stir, then microwave for another 30–45 seconds until eggs are cooked through.
