Description

Quick and easy breakfast tater tot mug bake ready in 5 minutes using just a microwave. Perfect for busy mornings with customizable toppings and ingredients.


Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen tater tots

2 large eggs

1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

1/4 cup diced ham or cooked bacon (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: diced bell peppers, onions, or fresh herbs


Instructions

1. Layer half the tater tots in bottom of large microwave-safe mug (12-16 oz)

2. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper in small bowl

3. Pour egg mixture over tater tots in mug

4. Add diced ham or bacon if using

5. Top with remaining tater tots and sprinkle cheese on top

6. Microwave on 50-60% power for 1-2 minutes, checking every 30 seconds

7. Let cool for 30 seconds before serving

8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired
