Description

This Magic Mug Cake is a warm, soft dessert made in minutes using pantry staples. Perfect for busy evenings or late-night cravings.

Ingredients

Scale

4 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp milk

2 tbsp oil

1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

1. In a 12 oz microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined.

3. Microwave for 70–90 seconds until risen and set.

4. Let it cool for 30 seconds. Enjoy directly or add toppings.

Notes

For a gooey center, add 1 tsp of Nutella or peanut butter in the middle before microwaving.

Skip the egg for a better texture.

Best enjoyed fresh. For softer results, avoid overcooking.
