Description

These Loaded Bacon Mac Cheeseburger Stuffed Onion Bombs are a delicious twist on classic comfort food, combining the flavors of a cheeseburger with creamy mac and cheese, all wrapped in a savory onion shell.


Ingredients

4 large onions

2 cups cooked macaroni

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 pound ground beef, cooked and seasoned

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Cut the tops off the onions and scoop out the insides.

3. In a bowl, mix the macaroni, cheddar cheese, bacon, ground beef, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.

4. Stuff the onion shells with the mixture.
