34 tablespoons hot water (165-175°F)

1/2 cup barista oat milk

12 teaspoons lavender simple syrup

2 tablespoons heavy cream (for foam)

Pinch of dried culinary lavender flowers


Instructions

1. Sift matcha powder into small bowl

2. Add hot water and whisk in M-pattern until smooth

3. Warm oat milk gently (don’t boil)
