Lasagna in a mug is your new go-to comfort meal made right in your microwave—ready in minutes, no oven needed!
Ingredients
2–3 lasagna noodles (or ½ cup broken pasta)
¼ cup marinara sauce
2 tbsp ricotta or cottage cheese
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella
½ tbsp grated parmesan (optional)
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Break pasta into mug and cover with water. Microwave 3–4 minutes until soft. Drain.
2. Add marinara sauce and seasoning. Stir well.
3. Add ricotta, then half of the mozzarella. Stir gently.
4. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
5. Microwave another 1–1.5 minutes until bubbly.
6. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use a large (12–16 oz) mug to prevent overflow.
Add pre-cooked ground beef or spinach to bulk up.
Swap ricotta for cottage cheese or dairy-free alternatives.
