Ingredients
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
1 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Grease your mug lightly with butter or oil.
2. Add all ingredients to the mug and mix thoroughly until smooth.
3. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, depending on wattage.
4. Let sit for 1 minute to set.
5. Top with whipped cream or keto-friendly chocolate if desired.
6. Enjoy warm!
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste. Add 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips for extra decadence. For dairy-free, use coconut oil instead of butter.
