Ingredients
1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 tablespoon fresh key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
1 large egg yolk
Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Lime zest for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined
2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a microwave-safe mug to form the crust
3. In another bowl, whisk together condensed milk, key lime juice, and egg yolk until smooth
4. Pour the filling mixture over the crust in the mug
5. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, checking every 30 seconds until set
6. Remove carefully (mug will be hot) and let cool for 2-3 minutes
7. Top with whipped cream and lime zest if desired
8. Serve immediately or chill for a firmer texture
