Ingredients

1 tablespoon dried peppermint leaves
1 tablespoon dried ginger root
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers, peppermint leaves, and ginger root.
3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and strain the infusion into a teapot.
5. Stir in honey and lemon juice if desired.
6. Serve hot or chilled over ice.
