Ingredients
2 cups water
1 tablespoon green tea leaves
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon fresh lemon balm leaves
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
2. Remove from heat and add the green tea leaves.
3. Add the fresh mint and lemon balm leaves.
4. Steep for 5 minutes.
5. Strain the tea into cups.
6. Add honey if desired and stir well.
7. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
Notes
For a stronger flavor, steep the tea for an additional 2 minutes.
