Ingredients

2 cups water
2 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers
1 tablespoon honey
1 slice lemon
1 teaspoon dried lavender (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil the water in a small pot.
2. Remove from heat and add chamomile flowers.
3. Let steep for 5 minutes.
4. Strain the tea into a mug.
5. Stir in honey and add a slice of lemon.
6. Add lavender if desired and enjoy.
Notes
For a stronger flavor, let the chamomile steep longer.
