Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (30g)
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg white
2–3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Combine protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in microwave-safe mug, whisking thoroughly
2. Add egg white and 2 tablespoons almond milk, stirring until smooth and pourable
3. Add third tablespoon almond milk if batter appears too thick
4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired
5. Microwave for 60-75 seconds depending on wattage
6. Let rest 30 seconds before enjoying
