Ingredients
2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 large egg (or 1/2 mashed banana for vegan option)
1 tbsp sugar or maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: chocolate chips, chopped nuts, pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Add almond butter, egg (or banana), vanilla, and sugar to a mug. Stir until smooth.
2. Mix in cocoa powder until fully combined.
3. Add optional chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
4. Microwave for 60–90 seconds, until the top is set and center is slightly soft.
5. Let cool for 1 minute before eating.
Notes
