Description

These Deep-Fried Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Egg Rolls are a delicious twist on a classic burger, perfect for breakfast or a hearty snack.


Ingredients

1 package egg roll wrappers

2 cups cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup ground beef, cooked and seasoned

1/2 cup garlic butter

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Oil for frying


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix together the chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, ground beef, garlic butter, black pepper, and salt.

2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.

3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.

4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

5. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
