Crispy Bacon Mac Cheeseburger Stuffed Pepper Bombs are a delicious fusion of flavors, combining the classic tastes of a cheeseburger with the comfort of mac and cheese, all stuffed into a sweet bell pepper and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
4 large bell peppers
2 cups cooked macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup diced onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onions until browned; drain excess fat.
4. In a large bowl, mix cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, bacon, ground beef, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper and place them in a baking dish.
6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each stuffed pepper.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, add your favorite burger toppings like pickles or mustard to the filling.
These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
