A rich and creamy vanilla chai latte brewed to perfection, perfect for cozy evenings.
Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 cup water
2 tablespoons chai tea leaves
2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
1. In a saucepan, combine milk and water. Heat over medium until steaming.
2. Add chai tea leaves and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Strain the tea into a large mug, discarding the leaves.
4. Stir in vanilla syrup, honey, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom.
5. Top with whipped cream if desired.
6. Sprinkle additional cinnamon on top before serving.
Notes
For a stronger flavor, let the tea steep longer.
Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less honey.
Use non-dairy milk for a vegan option.
