Ingredients
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp neutral oil (like canola or coconut)
1 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Add flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda to a microwave-safe mug and stir.
2. Add oil, milk, and vanilla. Stir until a thick dough forms.
3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
4. Smooth the top of the dough with your spoon.
5. Microwave on high for 40–60 seconds.
6. Let cool 1 minute before serving.
Notes
