Description

This cookie dough mug cake is a quick and gooey dessert made in just 3 minutes with no eggs, no oven, and all the flavor of classic cookie dough.


Ingredients

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp brown sugar

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp milk

2 tbsp chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Add melted butter and brown sugar to a microwave-safe mug. Stir to combine.

2. Mix in vanilla and salt.

3. Add flour and milk, then stir until smooth.

4. Fold in chocolate chips.

5. Microwave on high for 45–60 seconds until top is just set.

6. Let cool slightly and enjoy warm with a spoon.


Notes

Microwave times may vary based on wattage. Start with 45 seconds and adjust in 10-second intervals.

You can substitute plant-based butter and milk for a dairy-free version.
