A quick and easy cinnamon roll pancake made in a mug, perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon icing sugar
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon.
2. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
3. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and swirl with a fork.
4. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
5. Let cool for a minute before adding icing sugar on top.
6. Enjoy your cinnamon roll mug pancake!
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg.
You can top it with cream cheese frosting for extra sweetness.
