Description

A quick and cozy chocolate orange mug cake made in just minutes. Perfectly moist, rich with cocoa, and brightened by fresh orange zest.


Ingredients

3 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

2 tbsp milk

1 tbsp neutral oil (or melted butter)

1 tbsp orange juice

1/2 tsp orange zest

1/4 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. Add milk, oil, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract.

3. Stir until just combined with no dry pockets.

4. Microwave on high for 60–75 seconds until cake rises and center is set.

5. Let rest for 30 seconds before serving.


Notes

Use a 10–12 oz mug for best results.
