Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
1 tablespoon granulated sugar (for cinnamon mixture)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Mix cinnamon and sugar in small bowl, set aside half for topping
2. Combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt in microwave-safe mug
3. Whisk in milk, oil, and vanilla until just combined
4. Swirl in half the cinnamon sugar mixture
5. Top with remaining cinnamon sugar and chocolate chips
6. Microwave 60-90 seconds until cake springs back when touched
7. Cool 1 minute before serving
