Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
1/3 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons chicken broth
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons refrigerated biscuit dough, torn into pieces
Instructions
1. In a large microwave-safe mug, combine diced chicken and frozen vegetables.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together cream, broth, flour, garlic powder, and thyme until smooth.
3. Pour liquid mixture over chicken and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Microwave on medium-high power for 45 seconds. Stir well.
5. Microwave another 45 seconds, then stir again.
