Description
Buffalo Chicken Taquitos are a quick and tasty snack made with shredded chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, and cheese, all wrapped in crispy tortillas.
Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 small flour tortillas
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup sour cream for dipping
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
3. 3. Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the chicken mixture and some cheese.
4. 4. Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
5. 5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
6. 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
7. 7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
8. 8. Serve with chopped green onions and sour cream for dipping.
Notes
These taquitos can be made ahead of time and frozen. Just bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
