Description

Quick and easy breakfast bagel made in a microwave-safe mug in just 1 minute. Perfect for busy mornings with customizable toppings and ingredients.


Ingredients

1 bagel (any flavor, sliced in half)

12 large eggs

1 slice cheese (cheddar or American)

12 slices bacon or ham (optional)

1 tablespoon milk or water

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chives for garnish (optional)


Instructions

1. Lightly toast bagel halves and cut into small pieces that fit in your mug

2. Crack eggs into a large microwave-safe mug

3. Add milk or water and whisk with a fork until well combined

4. Add salt and pepper to taste
