Instructions
1. Spray a 12-ounce microwave-safe mug with cooking spray.
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in the mug until combined.
3. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, stirring until just combined.
4. Gently fold in blueberries and lemon zest if using.
