Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine the rolled oats and milk.
2. Add the mashed banana, mixed berries, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
4. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, watching closely to prevent overflow.
5. Let it cool for a minute before eating.
6. Top with additional berries or nuts if desired.
Notes
For a vegan option, use almond milk and maple syrup instead of honey.
