Ingredients
6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
6 large eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
1. Cook bacon until crispy in microwave using paper towels, about 3-4 minutes on high
2. Crack one egg into microwave-safe mug and season with salt and pepper
3. Add 1-2 tablespoons shredded cheese on top of egg
4. Place one biscuit on top of cheese layer
5. Add 2-3 pieces of cooked bacon, broken into pieces
6. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, checking after 1 minute
7. Let cool for 30 seconds before serving
8. Repeat process for additional servings
