Description

Quick and easy Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit Mug perfect for busy mornings. This microwave breakfast combines crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, melted cheese, and warm biscuit dough in one convenient mug meal.


Ingredients

6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

6 large eggs

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or butter for greasing


Instructions

1. Cook bacon until crispy in microwave using paper towels, about 3-4 minutes on high

2. Crack one egg into microwave-safe mug and season with salt and pepper

3. Add 1-2 tablespoons shredded cheese on top of egg

4. Place one biscuit on top of cheese layer

5. Add 2-3 pieces of cooked bacon, broken into pieces

6. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, checking after 1 minute

7. Let cool for 30 seconds before serving

8. Repeat process for additional servings
