1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Spray a microwave-safe mug (12oz capacity) with cooking spray
2. Crack the egg into the mug and whisk thoroughly with a fork until smooth
3. Add vanilla extract and mix well
4. Gradually add protein powder while stirring to prevent lumps
